If you are interested in learning the basics of yoga, or if you have yoga experience but would like a refresher, then this series is for you!
We will meet once a week on Sundays at 4pm, starting on January 6, 2019 and ending on February 10, 2019. Sessions will be 60 minutes.
This series allows for time to break down the fundamentals of yoga, including pranayama (breath work, as well as asana (yoga postures.)
The benefit of having a series is that it allows for proper demonstration of poses, and ample time for answering any questions that participants may have. The atmosphere is welcoming and less intimidating than a regular studio class, which makes it the perfect place to start one’s practice!
